We are looking for a reliable and organised accountant to provide support to Pixels Events LTD on an "as needed" basis. 

The role may include assisting with bookkeeping, reviewing and maintaining financial records and helping us submit any accounts where needed. 

We are looking for someone with relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience who can work independently and offer us support when needed.

We are looking for an individual who can help coordinate and oversee our events when required. 
 

You will be responsible for the running of an event whenever the director isn't present, although there will be times where you'll work in a team.

Your responsibilities will include event setup and pack down, liaising with volunteers,  traders, performers, welfare and security to ensure a smooth event, handling any potential conflicts and engaging with attendees ensuring they're experience is enjoyable.

Previous experience in event management is preferred, especially in adult and alternative scenes.

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help support Pixels Events and bring our ideas to life.

Tasks may include helping with event setup and pack down, scanning tickets, cash handling and helping our events run smoothly.

We welcome people with all kinds of skills to our team. You don't need extensive experience, just expiriance within the adult and alternative events scene is preferred. We just ask that you come with an open mind and a positive attitude.
