Pixels Pass Membership Policy

1. Overview

Pixels Pass is the official membership scheme operated by Pixels Events LTD.
The scheme is designed to reward our community with discounted entry, exclusive access, and partner perks, while helping us maintain safe, age-verified spaces at our events.

By purchasing or holding a Pixels Pass membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

To be eligible to purchase and hold a Pixels Pass membership, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or over. (Valid ID required 

  • Purchase the membership in person only at an official Pixels Events event.

  • Provide valid photo ID for age verification at the point of purchase.

  • Not be banned from any Event created by Pixels Events, past or present.
     

Pixels Pass memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the membership.

3. Purchase & Availability

  • Pixels Pass memberships are not available online.

  • Memberships may only be purchased in person at selected Pixels Events.

  • Membership availability is subject to event capacity and operational limitations.

  • Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to refuse a membership sale at discretion of the staff member.

4. Membership Duration

  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Benefits apply only while the membership is active.

  • Expired memberships do not retain access to benefits or discounts.

5. Membership Types & Benefits

Pixels Pass benefits vary by tier and may include:

​

  • Free or discounted entry to selected Pixels Events

  • Discounted nightlife event tickets

  • Access to members-only events, including restricted or invite-only experiences

  • Early access to tickets and exclusive offers

  • Partner discounts with selected high street retailers

  • All benefits are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

6. Partner Perks

Partner discounts are offered in collaboration with third-party businesses and:

  • Are subject to partner agreement.

  • May vary by location.

  • Are available in-store only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Require a valid, active Pixels Pass to be presented at the point of purchase.

Pixels Events LTD is not responsible for changes, withdrawal, or refusal of partner offers.

​

7. Membership Card & Use

  • All memberships are issued as a physical, scannable membership card

  • Cards must be presented when claiming benefits or accessing members-only events.

  • Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at the discretion of Pixels Events LTD

  • Membership cards must not be shared or misused.

  • Misuse of a membership card may result in revocation without refund.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

Pixels Events LTD collects only the minimum data required to operate the Pixels Pass scheme.

This includes:

  • Name

  • Preferred name

  • Date of birth

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

No photographs are collected as part of the membership process.

All membership data is stored securely and linked to the physical membership card for access control purposes. Data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

Pixels Pass holders are expected to adhere to:

  • All Pixels Events terms and conditions

  • Venue rules

  • Our code of conduct at events

If a member is banned from an event created by Pixels Events LTD, their Pixels Pass membership may be suspended or revoked without refund.

10. Suspension & Revocation

Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Pixels Pass membership if:

  • Membership terms are breached

  • The member is banned from events and/or venues

  • Fraud, misuse, or misconduct is identified.

  • The safety of attendees, staff, or partners is compromised.

​

Revoked memberships are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

​

11. Changes to the Scheme

Pixels Events LTD may update, amend, or discontinue the Pixels Pass scheme, benefits, or this policy at any time.

Where possible, significant changes will be communicated in advance.
