At Pixels Events LTD, the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, staff, and performers is our top priority. This policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment during all events. By attending our events, all guests agree to comply with the following health and safety guidelines:

General Health and Safety

  • Compliance with Laws: Pixels Events LTD complies with all relevant UK health and safety regulations, including those set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

  • Personal Responsibility: All guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending our events. We ask attendees to act responsibly and follow this policy.

  • Emergency Procedures: In an emergency, follow the instructions of our staff. Evacuation routes and emergency exits are clearly marked. Please familiarise yourself with the nearest exit upon entry.

Security and Screening

  • Bag Searches: All bags and personal items may be searched upon entry to ensure the safety of all guests. Please cooperate with security personnel.

  • Security Personnel: Trained security staff are present at all events. If you need assistance or feel unsafe, contact a staff member or security immediately.

  • Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who poses a risk to others, including guests who are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

Crowd Control and Capacity Limits

  • Capacity Limits: We adhere to legal venue capacity limits. Once full capacity is reached, no additional guests will be allowed entry.

  • Queue Management: Guests may be required to queue in an organized manner outside or within designated areas.

  • Controlled Access: Entry and exit points are monitored by security to ensure a smooth flow and reduce the risk of overcrowding or accidents.

Alcohol and Substance Use

  • Responsible Drinking: Pixels Events LTD promotes responsible drinking. Staff are trained to recognize signs of intoxication. Overly intoxicated guests may be asked to leave for their own safety.

  • Drug-Free Policy: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed and may be reported to the police.

  • First Aid: Trained first aid personnel are on-site to respond to any alcohol or substance-related incidents.

Emergency Medical Support

  • First Aid: Fully trained first aid teams are present at all events. If medical attention is required, notify a staff member or security immediately.

  • Injuries or Accidents: Any injuries or accidents should be reported to a staff member so appropriate action can be taken.

Fire Safety

  • Fire Exits: Fire exits are clearly marked. Familiarise yourself with their locations upon arrival.

  • Evacuation Plan: In a fire or other emergency, follow staff instructions. Do not use elevators.

  • Prohibited Items: Items such as fireworks, flammable materials, or objects that could obstruct exits are prohibited.

Safety During Performances

  • Stage and Dance Floor Safety: Remain within designated areas and avoid obstructing performers or equipment. Do not climb on the stage or interfere with performances.

  • Alcohol Consumption: Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while on the dance floor or in crowded areas.

Lost Property

  • Reporting: If you lose personal items during an event, report it to the Lost & Found area or a staff member.

  • Handling by Pixels Events LTD: Where applicable, any lost property recovered by Pixels Events LTD is handed directly to the venue’s Lost & Found.

  • Valuables: Keep personal items such as wallets, phones, and keys secure at all times.
