KinkMart Pop-Up Market Policy

These policies apply to all KinkMart Pop-Up Market events at all locations, including but not limited to Manchester and Leeds. Additional locations may be added in the future. 

By attending, trading, volunteering, or participating in any capacity, you agree to comply with the following rules and guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional event environment. 

 

ENTRY FEE & ATTENDANCE 

  • Entry to the KinkMart Pop-Up Market is £1.00 per attendee. 

  • Discounted or free entry may be offered at the discretion of Pixels Events LTD. 

  • All paying attendees will receive a hand stamp on entry. 

  • Entry payments may be made by cash or card. 

  • The event is strictly 18+. 

  • Valid photo ID may be required at entry.

LOYALTY CARD SCHEME 

  • Loyalty cards are provided free with entry. 

  • Valid at all KinkMart Pop-Up Market locations. 

  • Collect four paid entry stamps to receive the fifth entry free of charge. 

  • Lost or stolen cards may be replaced; stamps cannot be transferred. 

  • Staff reserve the right to refuse a loyalty card at any time. 

  • No additional stamps, duplicate stamps, or unauthorised purchases are permitted.

EVENT VOUCHERS 

Event vouchers are exclusive to KinkMart Pop-Up Market only and are subject to the following terms and conditions: 

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

  • Redeemable in person only at KinkMart Pop-Up Market events. 

  • Not valid online. 

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must match the name written on them. 

  • May be redeemed at participating stalls only.  

  • Part-spend is permitted; remaining balance will be written on the voucher by the trader. 

  • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  • Traders may exchange fully spent vouchers with Pixels Events LTD for reimbursement. 

  • Use alongside discounts or offers is at the trader’s discretion. 

  • All vouchers are subject to verification by Pixels Events LTD.

PAYMENT POLICY (STALLHOLDERS) 

  • Stallholders must pay for their booth space before specified date in confirmation emails.  

  • Failure to pay by the deadline may result in loss of the stall space. 

  • Invoices and receipts are available upon request. 

​

REFUNDS 

  • All payments are non-refundable once received, except if the event is cancelled by Pixels Events LTD. 

  • If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued. 

  • Stallholders unable to attend must notify Pixels Events LTD as soon as possible. 

​

STALL MANAGEMENT 

  • Stallholders must be fully set up before opening and remain open for the full duration. 

  • Merchandise must stay within allocated stall boundaries. 

  • All layout, access, and safety instructions must be followed. 

  • Illegal or prohibited items are not permitted. 

  • Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to request removal of items deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or offensive.

PROHIBITED ITEMS 

(This list may be updated as required) 

  • Illegal substances or items 

  • Items promoting hate, discrimination, or violence 

  • Weapons or unsafe objects 

  • Artwork or products depicting child pornography 

  • Artwork or products depicting zoophilia or bestiality

(Furry related art & Fantasy toys are permitted)

COMMUNITY TABLES 

  • Community tables are shared spaces for relevant groups, organisations, and businesses. 

  • Participation must be approved in advance by Pixels Events LTD. 

  • All participants must follow the same behaviour and safety policies as stallholders. 

  • Pixels Events LTD may request changes or removal if policies are not followed.

VOLUNTEERS, TRADERS & COMMUNITY GUESTS – LANYARDS 

  • All volunteers, traders, and community guests must wear KinkMart-branded lanyards at all times. 

  • Lanyards must be returned at the end of the event. 

  • A £5.00 replacement fee will be charged for unreturned lanyards. 

  • Failure to return a lanyard may result in Pixels Events LTD seeking reimbursement. (£5.00 charge)

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT 

  • Professional and respectful behaviour is required at all times. 

  • Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal and/or blacklisted for future events. 

  • Attendees must respect traders, staff, and other guests. 

  • Event staff and security instructions must be followed at all times.

SIGN-IN REQUIREMENT 

All stallholders, volunteers, and helpers must sign in with event staff upon arrival. 

​

HEALTH & SAFETY 

  • Stallholders are responsible for maintaining a safe stall setup. 

  • Fire safety and venue guidelines must be followed. 

  • Any health or safety concerns must be reported immediately. 

  • All participants must follow staff instructions during emergencies. 

​

PHOTOGRAPHY RESTRICTIONS 

  • Professional photography is not permitted without prior written approval. 

  • This includes photography of traders, attendees, or products. 

  • Violations may result in immediate removal. 

  • These restrictions exist to protect participant privacy.

​

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS 

  • Stallholders who fail to attend without notice may be barred from future events. 

  • Cancellations may affect priority placement at future markets. 

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

​

LIABILITY & INSURANCE 

  • Pixels Events LTD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. 

  • Stallholders are encouraged to obtain their own insurance. 

  • Proof of insurance or licences may be requested by staff.

  • Participants attend at their own risk.

​

SECURITY 

  • Security staff may be present at events. 

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the individual. 

​

AGREEMENT 

By participating in any KinkMart Pop-Up Market event at any location, you agree to these policies. 

Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
