KinkMart Pop-Up Market Policies

The following policies apply to all stallholders, attendees, volunteers, community guests, and event staff at the KinkMart Pop-Up Market, regardless of venue. By participating, you agree to adhere to these rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful event experience.

​

ENTRY FEE & ATTENDANCE

  • Entry to the KinkMart Pop-Up Market is £1.00 per attendee.

  • Discounted or free entry may be offered on occasion for specific groups at the discretion of Pixels Events LTD.

  • Upon entry, all attendees who have paid will have their hand stamped.

  • Entry payments can be made via cash or card.

  • The event is strictly 18+.

  • ID verification may be required at entry.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Traders are expected to pay for their booth space at the earliest opportunity once accepted.

  • The final payment deadline is the Monday before the event takes place, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Failure to pay by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the booth space.

  • Invoices and/or receipts can be provided upon request.

REFUNDS

  • Payments are non-refundable once received, except in the case of event cancellation by Pixels Events LTD.

  • If the market is cancelled, full refunds will be issued.

  • If a stallholder cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, they must inform Pixels Events LTD as soon as possible.

  • No refunds will be issued unless a replacement stallholder is found, in which case a partial refund may be offered at Pixels Events LTD’s discretion.

STALL MANAGEMENT

  • Stallholders must set up their booth before the market opens and remain open for the full duration of the event.

  • Merchandise must remain within allocated stall boundaries.

  • Stallholders must follow all layout, access, and safety guidelines.

  • No illegal or prohibited items are allowed.

  • Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to request removal of any items deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or offensive.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
(This list may be updated as needed)

  • Illegal substances or illegal items

  • Items that promote hate, discrimination, or violence

  • Weapons or unsafe objects

  • Artwork or products depicting Child Pornography

  • Artwork or products depicting Zoophilia / Bestiality (Fantasy toys not included)

COMMUNITY TABLES

  • Community tables are shared spaces provided for groups, organisations, and businesses relevant to the event.

  • Participation using a community table must be pre-approved by Pixels Events LTD.

  • All community table participants must follow the same behaviour, safety, and conduct policies as individual stallholders.

  • Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to request changes or remove participants if rules are not followed.

VOLUNTEERS, TRADERS & COMMUNITY GUESTS – LANYARDS

  • All volunteers, traders, and community guests are required to wear KinkMart-branded lanyards at all times during the event.

  • Lanyards must be returned at the end of the event.

  • Failure to return a lanyard may result in Pixels Events LTD seeking the cost of replacement.

  • A £5.00 replacement fee will be charged for unreturned lanyards.

BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT

  • Stallholders must maintain professional and respectful behaviour. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

  • Attendees must respect all participants. Harassment or disruptive behaviour may result in removal.

  • Event staff and security are responsible for smooth operations. All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.

SIGN-IN REQUIREMENT

All stallholders, volunteers, and helpers must sign in with event staff upon arrival.

​

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their stall setup is safe, including secure displays and fire safety.

  • All participants must follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.

  • Any health or safety concerns must be reported immediately to event staff.

  • ​

PHOTOGRAPHY RESTRICTIONS

  • No professional photography is permitted inside the market without prior permission from Pixels Events LTD.

  • This includes photography of traders, attendees, or products.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal from the event.

  • These restrictions exist to protect the privacy of all participants.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • Stallholders who fail to attend without notice may be prohibited from future markets.

  • Stallholders who cancel may not be given priority for future events.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing with as much notice as possible.

​

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • Pixels Events LTD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods or personal property.

  • Stallholders are encouraged to arrange their own insurance.

  • Stallholders must be able to provide proof of insurance or any required licences upon request.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.

SECURITY

  • Security staff may be present throughout the market.

  • Pixels Events LTD does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.

  • Personal items should be kept secure at all times.

​

AGREEMENT

By participating in any KinkMart Pop-Up Market event, regardless of venue, you agree to abide by these policies.

Pixels Events LTD reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
