All personal data is stored using secure cloud-based systems. We use Dropbox for data storage and do not store personal data directly on local PCs. For operational purposes, including KinkMart trader records, we use Excel spreadsheets which are stored and managed securely within our cloud environment. Access to this data is restricted to authorised team members only.

We also use Wix for storing and managing data for marketing purposes, and this is likewise kept secure within their cloud systems.
