Paws N Beats Policy

This policy applies to all Paws N Beats events, regardless of venue, and must be followed by all attendees, staff, and security personnel.​
 

1. Entry Policy

1.1 Tickets

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket purchased through official channels. Tickets are non-transferable.

• Entry may be refused if a valid ticket is not presented.

1.2 Age Verification

• Attendees must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.

• Anyone under 18 will not be admitted.

1.3 Security Checks

• Security staff, whether provided by the venue or Pixels Events LTD., may conduct bag searches, pat-downs, and ID verification.

• Refusal to comply with security checks will result in denied entry.

1.4 Right of Admission & Ejection

• Pixels Events LTD. and/or security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who violates this policy, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or fails to comply with staff instructions.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Tickets

• All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

2.2 Event Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by Pixels Events LTD., registered attendees will be notified, and a refund or alternative arrangements may be considered.

• Pixels Events LTD. is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.).

3. Security Policy

3.1 On-Site Security

• Licensed security personnel, whether provided by the venue or Pixels Events LTD., will be present throughout the event.

• All attendees must comply with instructions from security or event staff.

3.2 Behavior Expectations

• Attendees are expected to act respectfully toward staff and other attendees.

• Harassment, discrimination, or violent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.

3.3 Emergency Procedures

• Attendees must follow all posted emergency instructions and directions given by staff.

• First aid facilities are available on-site.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

4.1 Items Prohibited

• Illegal drugs or substances.

• Weapons of any kind (including knives, firearms, or sharp objects).

• Outside alcohol or beverages not sold by the venue.

• Flammable or hazardous materials (fireworks, lighters, gas canisters).

• Unapproved large equipment or objects that obstruct pathways or exits.

4.2 Behavior Prohibited

• Any activity deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate by Pixels Events LTD. or venue staff.

• Sexual activity, non-consensual behavior, or harassment.

• Recording or photographing attendees without explicit consent.

4.3 Dress Code

• Attendees are encouraged to wear creative outfits or pet play gear.

• Nudity is prohibited, and genitalia/breasts must be covered.

5. Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

Pixels Events LTD accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
