Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide clear information about refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
 

General Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below.

  • Tickets are purchased via Skiddle, and any refunds will be processed through Skiddle to the original payment method.

Event Cancellations

  • If Pixels Events LTD cancels an event for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, performer cancellation, or venue closure), you will receive a full refund for the ticket price.

  • Refunds will be processed automatically via Skiddle, and you will receive an email notification with details.

Event Postponements

  • If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

  • If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement through Skiddle. After this period, tickets are non-refundable.

Event Modifications

  • Changes to the event line-up (performer substitutions or schedule changes) do not qualify for refunds.

  • Venue changes: tickets remain valid for the new location. Refund requests can be made within 7 days via Skiddle if you cannot attend.

Special & Promotional Tickets

  • Discounted or promotional tickets follow the same policy. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Tickets cannot be refunded if you do not attend the event.

  • Arrive early: events may reach capacity. No refunds will be given for late arrivals unable to enter.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Pixels Events LTD at pixeleventsuk@gmail.com with your order number and ticket details.

  • Refunds are processed via Skiddle and typically take 3–5 business days, depending on the payment method.

  • Management reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

  • This refund and cancellation policy is governed by UK law.
